It is not our anniversary, it is not his birthday. It is not
some monumental day in our life together, but I want to post a personal blog about
this guy today.
Photos are so cool. I am not saying that because I am a
photographer. I truly think they are awesome. Nothing else will take you back
to a moment so quickly like a photo. Do you ever go through old photos and
spend hours looking at them? Guilty, especially today.
Today, I suddenly became overwhelmed at God’s goodness. When
I became a Christian, I immediately started praying for a Godly husband. Never
in my life did I imagine being married to such a man who loves life, is full of
integrity, is hard working, is committed to Christ and is willing go wherever
the Lord calls us. (Oh, how thankful I am to be his wife!) Life is not always
easy and our marriage is definitely not perfect, but I am grateful to have this
guy to do life with as we pursue after Christ and His plans for us. So here’s
to you Matt James, I’m pretty sure I fell in love with you all over again
looking through these pictures. Thank you for being you.
